Each card presents the original text, author, work and available references, including historical digital editions and identified quotation collections.
Selection and checks
The catalog grows continuously through scheduled AI-assisted work. New automatic entries are checked for completeness, independence, language, attribution, sources and translation. Uncertain texts remain on hold. For quotation collections we retain the collection reference; we do not necessarily locate the first publication of each saying. A sentence appearing in a book does not by itself establish that its author wrote it.
Translations
AI service translations are distinguished from translations published in cited editions. They are not equivalent to review by a human translator.
