SaidSpark is operated by Giulio Zanni, Italy, contatti@saidspark.com. It is currently a free development-stage service for quotations, proverbs, favorites and moderated comments. This version has no paid subscription.
Voluntary contributions
You may support the project through its external Ko-fi page. Contributions are optional and buy no content, privileges, support priority or editorial influence. SaidSpark activates no subscriptions: always check the amount and payment mode on the payment service before confirming. The services used apply their own terms. No tax deductibility is claimed. For mistaken contributions or refund requests, contact contatti@saidspark.com. Requests are assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law without excluding mandatory rights.
Accounts and conduct
Keep passwords and access links private, use an email address you control and do not impersonate others. Do not submit unlawful content, threats, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, sexually explicit content, spam, unauthorized personal data or material infringing others’ rights. Comments become visible only after approval. Abusive access or commenting may be restricted; you can request clarification from the operator.
Sources and rights
Cards identify available sources, attributions and reuse information. Public availability of a collection does not make every quotation or translation freely reusable. Author rights and stated licenses continue to apply, including Wikiquote contributor attribution and applicable share-alike terms. Check rights for your intended use, particularly extensive or commercial reproduction.
Reports
Historical language and quoted opinions do not represent the operator’s views. To report errors, attributions, comments or rights concerns, contact contatti@saidspark.com with the card URL and relevant details. Reports are assessed and content may be corrected or removed.
Availability and liability
The experimental service may change, become unavailable or contain errors. Content is for cultural reference, not professional advice. Limitations apply only where lawful and do not exclude intentional misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory user and consumer rights. Italian law and applicable European protections apply without overriding mandatory jurisdiction or legal rules.
Data and changes
Personal-data processing is covered by the Privacy notice and Cookie policy. Account closure does not transfer your content rights to the operator. Material changes to these terms will be made recognizable. Last updated: 2026-10-31.
