How to request deletion
Use the form below without signing in or reinstalling the app. Enter the email associated with your SaidSpark account. Alternatively, open Account in the app and choose Delete account, or contact privacy@saidspark.com. Never send passwords, private keys or verification links.
What is deleted
Deleting an account removes its login identity, email and any linked Google profile data, favorites, private notes and comments. Sessions are revoked and necessary editorial traces are anonymized.
Verification and timing
This form records a request; it does not delete the account immediately. The controller, Giulio Zanni, verifies identity where necessary and normally handles requests within one month. Any lawful extension will be communicated. Deletion initiated from Account instead requires confirmation through an emailed link.
Data that may remain
Closed privacy requests are retained for 12 months to document their handling. Any data needed for legal or security purposes and backup copies follow the conditions described in the Privacy notice. Previous Analytics events are not linked to your account and are not automatically removed when it is closed.
Old collections and local data
Old collections synced with a private key are separate from your account. Remove their online copy using the corresponding control on the Privacy page, or request help without sending the key. Copies held only on your device can be removed through your browser settings.
Request account deletion
No sign-in is required. Do not send passwords or private keys. The request will be checked and does not automatically delete your account.
